There are many things I admire about Molly Pink. She works at a book store and she is part of a fabulous crochet group. I don't think I could handle all the crime she walks into, though.
But it makes for some fun reading!
As always, Betty Hechtman has written another fun crochet mystery with You Better Knot Die (A Crochet Mystery) that's exciting till the last page.
Like any mystery, there is intrigue into an alleged crime and Molly finds herself pulled into it. Between this and her busy schedule at the book store, and of course the attention of her gentlemen suiters Barry and Mason, I don't know how she gets any of her fabulous cooking and crocheting done.
There's a bit of a cliff hanger at the end of this one and I really am anxious for the next installment.
Except I can't find any date as to when it will be released!
So in the mean time, I will try to make some of the yummy recipes in the back of the book (especially Mrs. Shedd's Santa Lucia buns) and do some crocheting.
If you've not read any of Ms. Hechtmans's crochet mysteries, I suggest you start with the first one, Hooked on Murder (A Crochet Mystery), and work your way up to this fifth book. They are fun and easy to read and are a great way to spend a weekend.
