A Review of January's Books

I finished reading three books in the month of January.  I think my little endeavor is off to a good start!

Here's a recap of the books I read, the ones I'm still reading, and the books I hope to finish in February.

The Yada Yada Prayer Group Gets Real (The Yada Yada Prayer Group, Book 3)
The Yada Yada Prayer Group Gets Real (The Yada Yada Prayer Group, Book 3) by Neta Jackson

The third book of the Yada Yada series.  I read the first two books last year, and am working my way through the rest of the series.

The Yada Yadas get tough with their prayers to help fight the evil that seems to be going on around them.

I Used to Know That: Stuff You Forgot From SchoolI Used to Know That: Stuff You Forgot From School by Caroline Taggart

This is the book I intended to finish before our Trivia Night, but finished it a week late.  It's a great refresher about just those things that get lost in your brain from when you were in school.  You won't get through school by just reading this book, but it's a good resource for the graduate of any age.

I am currently reading the following two books:

The Yada Yada Prayer Group Gets Caught (The Yada Yada Prayer Group, Book 5) (With Celebrations and Recipes)The Yada Yada Prayer Group Gets Caught (The Yada Yada Prayer Group, Book 5) (With Celebrations and Recipes) by Neta Jackson

I don't know what they're going to get caught doing yet, but I'm almost halfway through the book and I'm sure I will find out soon.

Chicago: A Biography
Chicago: A Biography by Dominic A. Pacyga

Written by my former History of Chicago professor, I'm taking in this book slowly and enjoying it page by page.

In February, I hope to finish the Yada Yada book #5, and hopefully these titles as well:

The Yada Yada Prayer Group Gets Rolling (The Yada Yada Prayer Group, Book 6) (With Celebrations and Recipes) by Neta Jackson

The Yada Yada Prayer Group Gets Decked Out (The Yada Yada Prayer Group, Book 7) by Neta Jackson

A Stitch in Crime (A Crochet Mystery) by Betty Hechtman (This title comes out on February 2nd and is on its way to me from Amazon!)

February is a short month, so this means I need to finish a book every week.  This may end up being a little too ambitious for my schedule, but it's worth a shot!
